This project provides an empirical framework for automated health reporting. The talk provides examples of dynamic documents that embed R scripts to dowload and clean data (primarily from CDC), visualize key health outcomes such as Obesity & Diabetes rates, and conduct a variety of empirical analysis using standard econometrics models as well machine learning algorithms.
